Aloha Lions Ohana,
The end of the school year is here! We have had an amazing and challenging year, but we made it through together. I have just a few announcements today to close out the year.
- Our Awards Assembly will be happening tomorrow. For grades K-2 from 8:30-9:45 AM and for grades 3-5 from 12:30-2:00 PM. No guests will be allowed but we will be live streaming at bit.ly/KWETube starting about 15 minutes prior to the event start. We THINK we have fixed the problem that plagued us during the Hoike so the live feed should be good to go. It will also be recorded and posted on our YouTube page.
- Our Aloha Assembly will happen Thursday for our amazing 5th-grade students at 8:30 AM. As previously stated, all students will be allowed 2 guests only. Tickets went home today. Students will also have to be fully vaccinated (and we have to have the card) or have a COVID test within the prior 48 hours. You can also watch the ceremony at bit.ly/KWETube.
- School dismissal is at 2:15 Wednesday (tomorrow) and at 1:30 Thursday.
- Summer school begins on June 6th. If you did not get a verification letter please call the office to ensure your child's enrollment.
- Kindergarten registration is open now. If you know anyone who has a child who may be turning 5 by July 30th to register immediately.
I hope you all have a wonderful and amazing summer. We will be here for you all summer if you need any help. Our office will be open from 7:30-4:00 daily unless there is a holiday. Thank you for being an amazing community. This year was amazing because, We are the Lions. We are the Future!
