Kalihi Waena SY 2020 Q3 Update #5 (2/1/21)

Aloha Lions Ohana,

Happy aloha Monday!  We are all so thrilled to FINALLY have the 4th and 5th-grade classes back on campus!  As such I have a couple of announcements to welcome them back.

• Lunch dismissal:  For grades 4 and 5 this week they will dismiss at lunch, 4th grade at 11:20, 5th grade at 11:30.  I apologize for the last message that had the times incorrect. All other grades dismiss at the end of the regular school day.  Tomorrow is the first day for group B, grades 4 and 5. 
• Technology: Please remember to be very careful with all school technology.  There have been a number of damaged devices coming into the school.  Any damages will be billed to the borrower.  These can be very expensive devices, so please be careful.  Some families have been billed as high as $400.00. 
• Student pick-up:  Please remember to pick up your children on time.  If your unable to pick up your children on time every day, please enroll them in our afterschool care program, A+.  You can pick up an application at the office.
